The late, late Christmas Box Appeal

By November 6, 2020Christmas Box Appeal

In response to the COVID crisis, FSCI has decided to delay distributions of Christmas boxes until Feb 2021.

The Christmas box appeal will continue to run until Dec 18th, allowing more time for boxes to come in from families, individuals, schools, businesses and churches.

“We’re sad to not be able to get the presents out to Southeast Europe in time for Christmas this year”, says Rich Parsons, FSCI (UK) Operations Manager. “However, we simply can’t keep to our normal timeline to check and pack each box before shipping in early December. We usually start processing donated Christmas boxes in the second week on November, so we’re going to miss having all our wonderful volunteers’ help over the next few weeks. Our plan is to start checking and packing in January, all being well. Keep an eye on our website and social media if you’d like to get involved with checking and packing boxes in the New Year”.
